Beginning of freshman year was when it all started,
first day of school, all the students departed.
Five periods a day in which I was stuck with you,
English, Gym, History, Biology, and even Spanish too.
I had no idea who you were, but you knew of me,
you said you were "kinda quiet," I must say I agree.
Couldn't figure out what it was,
but in my eyes you had no flaws.
You always knew the right things to say,
and that statement remains true 'till this day.
Young and naive, restless and free,
you always seem to bring the best out of me.
Reflecting upon the two years that passed,
I still can't believe how much we progressed.
